Naperville Historic Design & Resource Manual

Lakota and Bailey Edward Architecture prepared a set of design guidelines for Naperville’s National Register and locally-designated Historic District. The District is primarily comprised of residential resources and is also the location of North Central College’s main campus. The guidelines address building rehabilitation and restoration methods, new additions and construction, landscape elements, and green and energy efficiency techniques. The document will be used by the Naperville Historic Preservation Commission for its Certificate of Appropriateness review processes and for preservation education activities.
